Saipan, CNMI — The CNMI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network at the Northern Marianas College is now accepting exhibitor registrations for CNMI Industry Day 2026, a three-day, tri-island event designed to connect local businesses with federal agencies, military partners, and major contractors operating in the region.
Industry Day will take place on:
- Saipan
- Tuesday, January 27, 2026
- Hibiscus Hall, Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan (Garapan, Saipan)
- Tinian
- Wednesday, January 28, 2026
- Bar-K-Diner (San Jose, Tinian)
- Rota
- Thursday, January 29, 206
- Puesto Grill Annex (Songsong, Rota)
Following the strong participation and momentum of last year’s inaugural event, CNMI Industry Day returns with an expanded focus on creating meaningful engagement opportunities for CNMI businesses interested in federal contracting, subcontracting, and industry partnerships.
Local businesses from Saipan, Tinian, and Rota are encouraged to participate as exhibitors and showcase their products and services directly to contracting officers, procurement professionals, and industry representatives.
There is no fee to participate as an exhibitor. Businesses interested in exhibiting must register as a client with the CNMI SBDC Network — a simple, no-cost process that allows businesses to continue accessing advising, training, and technical assistance well beyond Industry Day.
Businesses may register as a CNMI SBDC client at: https://marianas.ecenterdirect.com/
Registered exhibitors will be provided designated space during Industry Day to showcase their offerings and engage directly with event participants.
Businesses choosing to participate in Industry Day events on islands outside of where they are established are responsible for their own airfare, lodging, and related travel costs. The CNMI SBDCNetwork does not cover travel or accommodation expenses.
Businesses interested in securing federal contracts typically need to have the following in place:
- A Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and active SAM.gov registration
- A Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code
- A Capability Statement outlining products, services, and qualifications
Businesses that have not yet completed these steps are still welcome to participate as exhibitors. The CNMI SBDC Network regularly provides training and one-on-one assistance to help businesses navigate these requirements and build readiness over time.
Why Exhibit at Industry Day?
- Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) and NAVFAC Marianas contracting representatives will be present at all three events
- Major contractors have been invited and are actively seeking potential subcontractors
- Exhibitors gain no-cost exposure to government and industry decision-makers
- The event is expected to draw approximately 200 participants across the three islands
- Dedicated networking sessions will allow exhibitors, contractors, and small business owners to build relationships and explore collaboration opportunities
CNMI SBDCN’s Network Director Nadine Deleon Guerrero Kintol encourages businesses across the Commonwealth to register to either be an exhibitor or attend, “The CNMI Industry Day’s networking portion is intentionally structured to encourage conversation, connection, and follow-up, creating space for partnerships. Take advantage of this great networking opportunity that will not only connect you to our federal partners, but build relationships beyond Industry Day.”
