Saipan, MP – The CNMI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network is pleased to announce the relocation of its Lead Center office from the Northern Marianas College (NMC) As Terlaje Campus to its new temporary location at 3290 Beach Road Plaza, Unit #11 on Beach Road, Garapan, Saipan. The relocation comes in preparation of NMC’s construction
